Dr. iur. Gabriela Steier, LL.M., Esq.

Dr. iur. Gabriela Steier, LL.M., Esq.

A graduate from the Vermont Law School LL.M. program in Food and Agriculture Law, and with a Doctorate in Comparative Law from the University of Cologne, Steier is an accomplished scholar in her field. Through her numerous publications, she has risen to an influencer in food law and a devoted professor for her students.  She focuses her work on GMOs, farm animal welfare, international food trade, and food systems resilience.
